The Hidden Intelligence Behind Growth
Personal Growth & Professional Certification Courses
Courses revealing how nature drives healing and change
These courses introduce a new understanding of existence, nature, and the hidden intelligence behind human growth. Whether you take one course or the full series, you’ll gain tools and insights that let you work with life’s challenges rather than against them.
Four Core Courses at a Glance
Course One: Harnessing the Intelligence of Our Nature
Course Two: What Drives Us
Course Three: Engaging the Drives in Developmental Tracks
Course Four: Applied Training for Certification
Gain Precision: Build the ability to identify what is really happening in moments of conflict, tension, or pain—and learn to catalyze change at its root.
See Real Challenges Differently: Discover how compulsions, addictions, and emotional struggles point to unfinished growth and deeper psychological and spiritual needs.
Experience it Yourself: Learn the principles of growth through our unique “Immersions”—special teaching sessions where you experience the techniques and their underlying principles firsthand, observe your own reactions, and witness growth as it happens.
Grounded in Real Psychology: Built on psychology and neuropsychology, this approach does not control, fix, or bypass—but instead parallels the way human psychology actually develops.
Rather than trying to fix, control, or rescue, you will learn to act as nature itself—guiding the forces of growth to full completion.
What You’ll Learn in Each Course
Harnessing the Intelligence of Our Nature
A new understanding of our existence, nature, and discomfort—showing how consciousness uses conflict and challenge to evolve. Learn to catalyze a person’s nature so that evolution switches on.
- Discover a profound understanding of human nature—and how to engage it.
- Learn techniques so natural they feel effortless, yet ignite real change.
- Engage a person’s consciousness, not their compliance—so growth becomes self-directed.
- See challenge and discomfort as part of how nature evolves us—not obstacles to remove.
- Recognize what’s really happening in tense or painful moments—without shrinking, fixing, or rescuing.
- Leave with tools you can start using right away to support growth as it’s happening.
Duration: 9 Weeks
Who It’s For: This course is open to everyone — whether you’re navigating personal challenges, wrestling with questions of meaning, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply. It’s designed for individuals, seekers, and professionals alike who want to see conflict, discomfort, and even resistance in the context of how nature evolves us — not as obstacles to remove.
For coaches, therapists, educators, and leaders, this course offers a powerful framework for recognizing what’s really happening in tense or painful moments — and responding without shrinking, fixing, or rescuing.
Certification Pathway: Serves as the first required step in the Self-Referral Facilitation Certificate Training Program.
What Drives Us: The Forces Behind Everything We Do
Discover the 27 innate Drives that pull us toward everything—from choosing a shirt to our deepest addictions and spiritual longings. Learn how they shape consciousness and physiology, and how to harness them to catalyze growth and healing by design.
- Discover the primal urges that power psychology, physiology, and spiritual longing.
- See how every disorder stems from a Drive being blocked or thwarted.
- Learn to spot which Drives are active in any moment and guide them back into alignment.
- Gain a clear map of motivation and behavior you can use with anyone.
Duration: 5 Weeks
Prerequisite: Completion of Course One
Who It’s For: Coaches, therapists, educators, HR professionals, healthcare providers, and neuropsychologists seeking a precise map of human motivation — as well as anyone interested in understanding why we (and those around us) do what we do: from compulsions and procrastination to overreactions and deeper longings.
Group Size: Small cohort format for focused attention and deep diagnostic immersion.
Engaging the Drives in Developmental Tracks
Framing sessions to see challenges as part of the client’s necessary psychological and spiritual growth.
Reveals the larger map of human evolution—recognize struggles as part of specific tracks of psychological and spiritual development, and guide people systematically in a way that parallels their innate growth.
- See the natural arcs of growth that run through every life.
- Learn to frame sessions to align with the client’s current stage of evolution.
- Recognize challenges as necessary stages toward psychological and spiritual maturity.
- Guide clients toward breakthroughs that feel inevitable, not forced.
Applied Training (Certification Phase)
The final phase of the training series is a six-month integration program focused on applying the method with real clients under close mentorship. This phase provides a structured, ethically sound container for practice while deepening mastery of the approach.
What This Phase Includes:
- Client Work with Supervision – Work with real clients while receiving weekly one-on-one guidance from a faculty trainer.
- Live Case Discussion Groups – Learn to structure intakes, track developmental arcs, apply key ethical principles, and refine diagnostic clarity.
- Advanced Technique Instruction – Deepen skills for working with complex dynamics, adapting to diverse client presentations, and using Drives to orient each session.
Duration: 6 Months
Prerequisite: Completion of Courses One–Three, regular practice of Transcendental Meditation (TM), and successful completion of final certification exams.
Certification Pathway: Requires guiding three therapeutic Tracks from start to finish, submitting recorded sessions for review, and passing written, oral, and role-play evaluations.
For those pursuing certification, these four courses form the complete Self-Referral Facilitation pathway, concluding with the Applied Training phase and evaluation process.

Weekend Immersions
Learning techniques that catalyze a person’s nature is delicate, and requires a unique environment — one where participants can safely observe natural reactions, urges, and Drives as they unfold.
These weekends are always taught live, with immediate discussion of subtle techniques and their effects. Trainees consistently describe them as profoundly transformative — both for experiencing the power of the methods and for gaining deep personal insight.
Each immersion alternates between direct experience and knowledge: first feeling and witnessing the techniques in action, then deepening understanding through guided theory. This combination of raw experience and clear explanation allows the learning to settle deeply and stay with you long after the weekend ends.
